Not what I expected, in a good way

The narration was great, not at all a distraction from the text if anything it only added more depth to the characters. I enjoyed the story everything is described in such detail, you can close your eyes and picture it, though at moments you may not want to because parts of the story can be very graphic and frightening. It was a very easy listen and I can only imagine but it seems to also be an easy read, even though I was listening I would describe it as a "page turner".

I wish that there were more lessons. I have enjoyed learning Norwegian so much. I hope I can continue to learn more now that I have a good foundation thanks to Pimsleur. l highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn a new language for any reason.

I honestly can't explain how much this program of audio book lessons has helped me. I visited the country of the language I'm learning and felt completely comfortable to speak with the natives. I was able to hold complete conversations that would have been impossible without the Pimsleur method. I still have much to learn, but this has really given me a better start than I could have asked for.

I just came back from a trip to Oslo. I spoke as much Norwegian as I possibly could and I truly believe that this program made that more than possible for me. I had locals as me if I was Norwegian on many occasions and told me my accent was impeccable. I made sure to give shut credit to this method of language learning. I did have some trouble understanding the locals at times, but they reassured that if I moved to Norway with the base I have now, I would be in no time. I'm seriously considering it!
