Great short and sweet golf book

I think this book has a good approach to golf, its not about just teaching some new swing mechanic or some major change to your abilities. This book addresses some very true aspects to golf, oven overlooked by many. I have learned that I play self abusing form of golf at times, often times having increased anxiety before every round. The book addresses this issue all too well, I often blow the first drive off the tee and hit a very poor first hole of golf due to high expectations. I often find myself worried about what others think when they watch my swing / shot. I feel sometimes over coached by my peers and I have practiced my swing performing admirably in practice but fall apart on the course. This book opens your eyes as to why you feel that way and how to be your biggest supporter vs strongest critic. I believe good golf comes from great attitude and positive self talk. This author touches on the issues of golf that are hurting your game. I mean I have tried so many different strategies with swings and different tips from youtube golf university. I find that your swing is your swing, make it flow for you. This book really helps to understand that, I am gonna try to implement this strategy on my next round. Thanks for this great work and inspirational golf information. I want to make golf fun again!! Thanks keep up the good work..

I listened this book with intentions of expanding my knowledge on the benefits of fasting in my own life and the life of my patients as I am a RN. This knowledge in this book can really help improve your life, by supporting your body in ways that can literally improve the function of your body on cellular level. I studied cell structures and concepts related to immunity, cellular mitosis, genetics, and even functions of the immune system. I never reallized how amazing autophagy can be for the body. Basically speaking autophagy is a genetically designed system with cells to clean out the bodies house and remodel it (get the junky failing cells out!). Its like renovation of the human body, taking worn out cells and making new ones which can even extend life. The author really poses some very interesting points, with well researched scientific studies. I hope he continues with his work and we as humans learn from his writings to better manage our own lives. Thank you for all the hard work, definately worth reading.

Great book overall, weight management with IF

I read other books on this subject, I do think this version of intermittant fasting information is good for a non-keto based nutritional lifestyle change. I am a RN and I understand why IF can be successful with proper balancing of diet needs. I tried doing a primarily IF / keto together and found this was not optimal to manage my type 2 diabetes (as my blood glucose logs would prove). My thought is that restricting carbohydrates too much lead to more insulin resistance over the long term due to the body becoming sensitive to even small amounts. The correction I needed was incorporating some significant carbohydrates into my lifestyle, mainly the healthy ones (aka complex carbohydrates). This book makes light of the issue (albeit inadvertantly) and also addresses the desire to consume carbohydrates to help with biological / psychological needs. The IF component will produce weight loss, I prefer doing the 14-18 hour fasting range with 2 sensible meals and maybe a healthy snack or two. (it works great, OMAD will work just dont want to do that everyday)
