A positive vision of masculine excellence

I listen to all of Jack Donovan's works on audio.

I've seen his evolution from awareness, commitment, to rage, and finally to providing a vision and a process of positive masculinity in a world that not only doesn't care, but often punishes us, for being men. It's not a step-by-step guide. But it does provide principles of action. And inspiration. And for that I am eternally grateful to Mr Donovan. And if you're a man who hears the call to be a man as men have always been up until just recently, consider this book an essential resource. Good luck to you. Good luck to us all.

a friend of mine at work recommended this book. he knows that I like action-adventure manly type things, and it turned out this book was just what the doctor ordered. it's a good book. solid entertainment. possible filled with detail lots of action, just a good read.

if you love ancient history, and inspiring Tales

... from ancient history, you'll love this audio
recording. the author definitely has a classical view of individuals in history. Having said that, I think that everyone can find something inspirational about hearing how people took on the world either well or poorly, and left a mark on history.

Very concrete and practical guide for success!

Scott Adam provide the very practical approach to thinking through what you need to do in order to be successful. His approach to using systems is an excellent way to keep your motivation up in the face of disappointment and setbacks in life while learning the things you need to learn in order to be successful. Just that one concept is enough to make this audiobook I top 10 in my selection for success.

I'll be honest, it was a little painful to listen to this conversation about this couple's marital difficulties. An immensely valuable! Learning how to hear each other in the midst of pain such a valuable skill and this is a great introduction to that skill.

Mandatory listening for men!

I one up those guys who is in touch with his feelings, and cares about them. I'm also one of those guys who realized , after reading Warren Farrell books, that he had been brainwashed to be a nice guy. And that nice guys get used. This make a compelling and convincing argument as to what really brings satisfaction and fulfillment for a man. If only 50% of it is applicable to your life, well, it might just transform it.

I learned a great deal about problem solving and leadership in a chaotic environment. I think the lessons in this book are immediately applicable to anyone who's in the world of work and dealing with uncertainty and the need to take action with confidence.

I've read many self-help books. I have a degree in counseling. I've been to the workshop. This is solid material. I recommend this book in association with another book called The obstacle is the way. I think they're very much, brother. Best of luck to all of us!
