Had to return, listened to a lot of Coben’s books but have to return this one an hour in. Overly dramatic narrators take me out of the story. The breathy dramatic reading is distracting. I’ll read it instead as the premise looks good.

Excellent Story and Narration

I listen to this genre mainly and can usually figure out the what direction the story will go. Not until the last 15/20 minutes did I realize what was happening. I will look for other work written by this author based on this audiobook!

Narration great as usual

This is the fourth book I have listened to from this author, and while the other books also are easy to figure out the plot was so apparent in the first couple hours. I thought for sure there was a big twist or something coming because it was so obvious who the villain was- it never came. Weakest of all the books so far, hung in there because the good narration- and it was free.

Title should be Guide to Only Fans

Narration was great which is why I stuck with it. There was a story in there….but it was overshadowed by the main character using any smarts she did have to figure out a better way to make more money doing only fans. I guess the point was to show she was young and emotionally immature.

This is the best mystery/thriller I have listened to in a long time. It kept me guessing until the end. Steven Weber’s narration is second to none. Couldn’t stop listening!

Coben’s writing great as usual but Steven Weber’s narration is what takes it from great to outstanding. I am a long time audio listener and narration makes or breaks the story experience for me. Looking forward to the next one!

Now this is a mystery with twists

This is my main listening genre and this one’s great. You have to pay attention the entire book as the twists and turns are constant and for once I didn’t figure it out until the end! Already purchased the author’s next book!

Entertaining for the most part

I was kept entertained for the most part, excellent narration which will make or break an audiobook for me. The fact that it went from some cutesy nicknames and Dad jokes to some straight soft core porn writing though was wild-lol. Make sure you aren’t playing it in your car with passengers unless you want to make them uncomfortable! 😂
