Great story, not the right voice actor

I think it’s a great book but what a miss with the reader. So much singing in this book and the reader just..reads it. It’s bad, hard to listen to, what a miss. I hope the movie does it better. The audio books of the OG series are read by someone who sings in the appropriate places. I just don’t know how this happened.

Thought this would be interesting but it’s clearly a pro police piece written by a racist, sexist, homophobic old man. Clearly biased, this dude would be happy to go into the past to a time when police had even less over site and got away with anything. He speaks about how terrible it is we worry about the rights of criminals. So guilty until proven innocent I guess? Don’t waste your time.

I really enjoyed this book, it fills in the one year gap nicely and I couldn’t put it down. I loved the narrator, she was great. I don’t have much else to say other then I really loved it.

Well written story, great production.

This is a refreshingly good story in the Alien universe. Smart characters making good choices. I’d take this story over the last few movies any day. More of this please!
