Just the right length

I’ve listened to a lot of books that have decent storylines but are dragged out with a lot of unnecessary fillers. This book wasn’t as long, which kept the story, and my interest, moving. The twists were both unexpected and believable.

The reader did a marvelous job telling Marya's story, but I was very distracted being able to hear when she paused to take a drink. It was very noticeable, especially when I was using earphones.
