I love the character A-hole! He was a great added character! You also had me when Slater had that dream where everyone died! OMG. Also keep this narrator! Best ever!

I'm definitely going to need more Frankening. Frank being played like a fiddle and the innuendos are too perfect

Another great book!
Revisado: 05-11-18
I didn't think I would like books written in the dystopian era, but I really got in the Last Survivor series. The Ruins haver been such a great extension. You almost could have ended with book 2, but thankfully there's another to look forward.

Excellent

I really like how the story went because you have used surprises not expected. I was hoping that Franklin was going to end up a main character in the end with the help of Fitzgerald you bring Brighton anew, but the twist with Tenbrook was good and unexpected.

Awesome Story!
Revisado: 03-13-18
This book was so intriguing. It kept my attention. It was so sad to see the family split apart, yet interesting how some of the siblings found each other. I was really wanting to hear how the other siblings were found, especially Camilia. I wanted to really hear her story, as well as the other siblings. It's an idea to aging to this book and making it a series.

Hardened by years of living at sea, Bairn resents toting these naive farmers - dubbed "Peculiars" by deckhands - across the ocean. The mistakes of the past haunt Lucy Flaud, who years ago stopped attending the activities for courting-age young people in her hometown of Bird-in-Hand. Now 25 and solidly past the age of Amish courtship, Lucy has given up any hope of marriage, instead focusing her efforts on volunteering in both the Plain and fancy communities of Lancaster County. Beautiful story
Revisado: 12-16-16
This was such a beautiful story of Lucy finding her way back to God's living arms, even though she realized she had been in His arms the whole time. I also loved the little side stories that blended in so well helping her along the way.
