a unique and reflective narrative of darkness during the Christmas holiday. I found the authors authentic, engaging voice personable. The inflections she showed in her stories breathed such life into the words in this book.

I wish the author read the whole audiobook. The other narrator I found emotionless, and flat. The author has a distinct energy in her narration that's full of life, feeling and gives the audience a connect to what she's sharing. This voiceover talent is rare.
A good voice can captive and help bring to life the written word. A bad voiceover can hurt the written word by dull, lifeless narration.

I hope the author reduces this audiobook. She is a gifted writter and narrator. I also hope she will do more audio narrations in the future.

The depth of thoughtful, detailed material in this course is exceedingly helpful. I enjoyed the examples shared of what to do and what not to do. The history shared of great Orators is appreciated.

For me, it seemed simplistic and redundant

I'm a fan of most of this guys work. I've purchased other sources I've found useful. But this audio material seemed watered down and very basic. It's a pretty penny for around 4 hrs of content. I thought I'd get high concentration/dense content packed in those few hrs. But this time around my expectations were not met.

Uplifting and motivational book

The Bible insights that have been carefully written in this book are healing and renewing. I'm enjoying this audiobook and thank God for it. I'm learning a great deal from the Word from listening to this excellent material.

Rosamund Pike enhances the WoT experience

I'm almost 45, I've been listening to this series, since I was 19 years old. I love ❤️ this series. But since Rosamoud Pike has been narrating the WoT books, the story is more alive, vibrant, and captivating. Rosamouds ability to capture the energy and spirit of words and breathe life into the characters is truly a rare talent in storytelling. 🙂

Fresh audio narration from a classic

Rosamund Pike has amazing storytelling gifts. I've enjoyed the voiceovers from the original audio production. I've gone through these books listening to their narrations. But having a talented new voice retell the stories, gives a freshness to the book. I'm also finding new insights from the unique highlights this voiceover gives.

I liked this book. But it was choppy and hard to follow. I'm a fan of this period of history. And the narrator did a good job. But the content is shoveled out, instead of....having a smooth narrative.

If your a Christian and like being insulted...

get this book. It makes us out as dumb, violent hicks, who would revolt and destroy the country if an atheist was elected. More stupid and unrealistic anti religious sentiments.
