Historia
Climate Change has become a major topic of debate in today's politics, with some advocating serious changes in policy in response to it, and others suggesting that scientists and politicians are misreading, misrepresenting, and misapplying the data. Elgin Hushbeck, Jr. is not afraid to challenge scientific orthodoxy, and in fact believes it is very important that we do so. In this little book, he gives an introduction to a number of problems that he and others see with the apparent consensus view on this topic.

Clear understanding of climate change and social j
Revisado: 11-01-24
These two titles give clear evidence against climate change and social justice. He gives precised evidence supporting this in both cases. I always agreed with his stance, but could not truly explain why. He makes it very clear and easy to understand. I thoroughly enjoyed both of these books and listen to them in two settings. I can highly recommend this combined books thank you Jean clabough

Historia
While the United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it is also a source of great controversy. It establishes the fundamental framework of our system of government, while differences in how to understand and interpret it often divide people. The United States Constitution: A History takes a fresh look at the Constitution, its origins, and controversies, from the founding of the country and its creation at the Constitutional Convention to the present. It examines the various controversies that divided the convention.

CLEAR EDUCATIONAL HISTORY OF THE CONSTITUTION
Revisado: 08-02-22
This is a wonderful book on the history of the constitution from pre 1776 to present day. it compares the different beliefs and time periods, leading up to where we are today. My first read was just listening, I will read again taking notes, as I learned so much. Thank you Elgin Hushbeck. Also thank you Larissa Munz for a clear and easy reading of this amazing book. Historia
Seeking Truth looks at both the philosophical and practical issues of truth to understand how we come to know what we know and why we disagree so much. More importantly, it lays out how we can disagree in ways that avoid division and polarization and instead move to build a consensus on the truth. Seeking Truth addresses things like how to think about what you believe, how to handle disagreement and errors positively, how do you know if you are open-minded, and how to make better decisions.

GREAT BOOK FOR ALL WHO LOVE TO DEBATE ISSUES
Revisado: 06-20-22
I just listen to this in Audible, in which Larissa Munz did an excellent job in reading. In Seeking Truth, I love how Elgin Hushbeck uses science, philosophy, politics and especially history to teach how to seek the truth on both sides of any issue. In a culture that is trying to repress alternative views, this book shows how important it is to actually debate the issues in seeking the truth, and how error sometimes leads to truth. Various practical steps are given and sometimes it is OK to agree to disagree. I feel this is a vital book for colleges, politicians, and anyone wanting to learn how to debate their position in a respectful manner and truth seeking manner. Well Done Elgin Hushbeck, this is a book truly needed in today's society. Jean Clabough - Idaho

Historia
In 2009, Mark R. Levin galvanized conservatives with his unforgettable manifesto Liberty and Tyranny, by providing a philosophical, historical, and practical framework for halting the liberal assault on Constitution-based values. That book was about standing at the precipice of progressivism’s threat to our freedom, and now, over a decade later, we’re fully over that precipice and paying the price. In American Marxism, Levin explains how the core elements of Marxist ideology are now pervasive in American society and culture.
