fascinating subject

information was great from inducing lucid dreams to navigating the dream world. I've had 2 lucid dreams i remember 20 years ago, and while going through this and another lucid dream audiobook I was able to have a third. look forward to putting in practice the methods and experiencing many more.

complete waste of time and money

I was mislead by all the high reviews, this audiobook is wholly worthless. With the availability of so much science out there this book talks about crystals, numerology, and relates us all to air water earth fire, completely disregarding any real progression in scientific research and understanding, of human behavior since Aristotle. If you want real information, backed by science or commercial utility go somewhere else. if you're looking for some person peddling garbage as fact this is the book for you.
