The book was the sign I needed that I'm on the right path
Revisado: 09-19-22
The story was similar to what I went through myself. Getting the right job, moving to the city everyone wanted to live in, got the beautiful home and it just wasn't right. The book goes deep and the author is not afraid of being open and honest about her journey. The way she talked about her connection with her dad when she was little and also after his passing made me try to be more open minded, putting things into perspective for me. There's hope for having a relationship with our loved ones even after their passing, and sometimes even a better one.
It felt like a little sign from the universe that I’m on the right track, exactly when I needed it most

We already rely on science to tell us what to eat, when to exercise, and how long to sleep. Why not use science to help us improve our relationships? In this revolutionary book, psychiatrist and neuroscientist Dr. Amir Levine and Rachel Heller scientifically explain why some people seem to navigate relationships effortlessly, while others struggle.
