If you take supplement this book will educate you on what you need to take instead of all the hype we hear from the media selling their newest cure all. This book has not only the medical theory & why’s, but also the how-to’s to regain your health & energy.There is a war going on between the dollar & our health. As each year passes there is less nutrition in our food. With no help from the three letter agencies.This book helps to bridge the gap. I highly recommend this book to anyone & everyone living in this high stress world.

Good advice, Worth the time spent.

This short power packed listen was very enjoyable. It has good, thorough & in depth advice. Some general common knowledge reviewed but may not be known by some.
Even though my credit score is very good, this book gave me lots of homework to do. I will listen many times, this time taking notes.
I recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed. There is something for all.
The only drawback was some minor skipping but the message was not lost, hence the lower performance score
