This is a listen for those that are resilient. Check trigger warnings for yourself, the DV was a little rough and the author actually went through this so it felt so raw. If you look up her story, you can learn about her and her dog Winnie, that is referenced. I'm still not over Winnie's story, so if you love animals, be warned. The redemption and growth is amazing.

If you love Norse Mythology the author does a great detail of it and the story revolves around a FMC that learns she has ties to Norse magic. You really feel from this book. Allie Rose, she is phenomenal, one of my favorite narrator's alongside Lucy, Maxine and Samantha. I listened to Allie for other books like Arran's Obsession and Hearts Held by Barbed Wire, her RANGE from being the various characters is amazing. This becomes an EXPERIENCE. You are not just sitting there listening to a story, it is a full-blown chokehold. Absolutely loved this, highly recommend, if you love world building, Norse mythology, Trauma bonding and healing. Also, your favorite characters are going to be Loki (sorry FMC Blake but he is #1 and you are #2- lol) and the RAVENS I laughed out loud so many times because of the ravens.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat. It starts of slow burn, like a rollercoaster heading up the track then it takes off 75% into it.
The healing. The journey. It was beautiful. I loved the peaky blinders and dramoine vibes, that is why I listened. the narrators did an amazing job especially with all the different accents! This is a bad ass series.

Just like every other book they have done, absolutely amazing. love this freakin series amd the authors. there are bloopers at the end and it is so freakin funny made the listen even more awesome.

I NEED THE 4TH BOOK

loved it. love the whole series. I need the 4th book. The character development between each book is the most astounding part. I love how their relationship develops and and everything that encompasses this series
