Interesting
Revisado: 01-04-22
I see and appreciate the broader view of spiritual things. However, it seemed to be in conflict with its own message of inclusion. Quoting scripture from the Bible, which has proven to be a convenient, limited, twisted, contortion of barbaric mindsets (incest, the TAKING OF multiple wives/whomever the MAN CHOSE, and slavery), as a source of 'THE' moral guidance, while also claiming that it's unnatural for same sex relations, seems a bit out of focus, and doubleminded. However, I can see that the same barbaric mindset would see that same-sex relations as being unnatural, because it was the only way (genetic mutation) that could break that sickness/incest ( God's plan, not mine) within those families. Clearly, Gen. 2:19, all of the animals were not (then created) for Adam to name. If any part of this were true, the dinosaurs would've eaten the first set of incestuous behaviors. Man has greatly perverted god for profit, and to lord dominion over others, whom would blindly follow. Riddle me this, what sin did the dinosaurs commit that a Comet would destroy them? And, yet, were they not God's creations, and were not the stars, and planets not under his control? Did God get bored with the dinosaurs, THEN create Adam/Eve, and even after this plan, what flipped God's switch from Gen 5:4 to 5:5? Everything was great up to Gen.5:4, then the very next verse 5:5, He's ready for round two of destruction. I bet those dinosaurs and their babies didn't like, nor understand the hell that was beating down upon them, but hey, even sinless dinosaurs got their splash of demise. Wake-up.

The chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) turns a critical eye toward such practices as telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, and psychokinesis. Are such powers really possible? Science says yes. According to noted scientist and best-selling author of The Conscious Universe, Dean Radin, magic is a natural aspect of reality, and each of us can tap into this power with diligent practice.

Don Piper's incredible true story continues to expand its reach to more people than ever before. After a semi truck collided with Don Piper's car, he was pronounced dead at the scene. For the next 90 minutes, he experienced the glories of heaven. Back on earth, a passing minister felt led to stop and pray for the accident victim even though he was told Piper was dead. God is always on time.

I loved the story very much. My only complaint is that the first five chapters of the audio book are spent on 'stuff', not the actual book itself. ONLY GOD allowed me to push through 1-5, and I'm glad He did. There was a wonderful moment at the end of the book that let me know that God knew exactly where I was at that very moment, and it totally solidified the author of the book. WOW!

Stating who you are, and where someone can download a worksheet should not be mentioned after every, single process. The author's name is clearly on the book, and where to find the worksheet for the book should not be repeated over 50 times. I don't want to hear anyone's name and website interrupting every topic. As soon as I began enjoying wherever she was attempting to take the topic, there it was "You can find the worksheet at..." She might have great things to share, but I am OVER listening to where to find the worksheet. I absolutely couldn't take it past chapter 30 (there's 50!).
