If you’re a fan of the Love Letters column and/or Podcast, you’ll love this book. Meredith shares a lot of significant experiences in her life while weaving in letters she has responded to her in column that are in line with the theme of the chapter. It’s really well-written (would we expect any less?), honest, and insightful. I really enjoy audiobooks that are read by the author and I knew this would be a great one.

My therapist recommended this book to me. As a 30-something feeling pretty let down by my career not being what I thought it would be and having been through some turbulent relationships in my 20’s, I wish I’d known about this book and read it in my early 20’s. Meg Jay offers very poignant insights about important decisions that we need to start acting on as soon as possible. Even though I’m no longer in my 20’s, this book gave me the opportunity to reflect on different areas of my life and I will continue to reflect on what is in my power to decide upon now that can help my future. I have already recommended this book to multiple people and I highly recommend it to you if you’re trying to decide whether it’s worth a read or not.
