I'm glad the author has found a way to persevere with discipline through the energy debilitation Chron's disease often causes. The oration is good, but the substance is lackluster.

* Don't multitask to the point of deficit.
* Automate or outsource menial tasks to increase efficiency.

If you are a workaholic and aren't looking for anything profound, but want your mentality to be validated you will love this.

Good set of live speeches given on the subject of self-image and self-esteem.
Great orator that walks through the benefits of:
* Standing on compassion for the self. The importance of unrelenting self-esteem.
* The value of compassion and lifting up others.
* The importance of who you allow in your circle, and that anyone is capable of change.
* The importance of understanding everyone has their own story and compassionate validation of their experience.
* A few personal stories on overcoming challenges.
* The importance of choosing to believe in yourself, and taking the action to do so.
This is done very lightly through a Christian lens. Good psychological principles.
