The details, narration and overall story are great! I knew once I started I wouldn't be able to cope with finishing this book! Now I'm tempted to listen all over again! Its a slow, steady burn but worth the ride!!!

The narrator definitely helped me get through this one! Nailed all the different characters! I wanted more details about what happened and felt a bit cheated but onto book 2 in hopes my questions are answered! Overall it was decent.

The emotional rollercoaster on this one was quite overwhelming! I'd say it hits hard on all sides. Gregg Olsen has once again shown what each and every character contributes to a tragedy! I wouldn't be surprised if this was inspired by true events... Humans are selfish creatures!

It's hard to rate a book without giving it completely away... But what I like sharing is how the story makes you feel! And this is where the narrator's suck you in! My goodness, the emotional rollercoaster of this book was sickly fun! Thought provoking! Mitchell always has hidden revelations and hits you with them in the most subtle way!
