Story great but narrator…
Revisado: 10-19-24
The narrator pronounced the mother confessor name differently than the previous books along with other names . Plus the personal of Richard was off also . It did not match the books . Not a fan of this reader for those reasons . I am not sure if I want to hear more books in series it was very annoying.

Historia
Ninety-one-year-old Gretel Fernsby has lived in the same well-to-do mansion block in London for decades. She lives a quiet, comfortable life, despite her deeply disturbing, dark past. She doesn’t talk about her escape from Nazi Germany at age 12. She doesn’t talk about the grim post-war years in France with her mother. Most of all, she doesn’t talk about her father, who was the commandant of one of the Reich’s most notorious extermination camps. All The Broken Places moves between Gretel’s girlhood in Germany to present-day London as a woman haunted by the past.

Historia
Everyone dreams of marrying a prince - except for me. I am nothing more than a pawn in my adoptive mother's diabolical plot against the seven kingdoms. I was the chosen tool, her sharpened blade that would cut the deepest into the heart of the kingdom of Baist. But like all deadly weapons, my wedding is two-edged sword that could cost me my soul. For I am Rosalie, one of the adopted daughters of Lady Eville, and it is my duty to enter into a loveless and hate-filled marriage with the narcissistic Crown Prince of Baist.

Every big romance deserves a second chance. But Evan and Jessica Cho Graham are looking at the last chance: more specifically, The Last Chance Motel in Dove Pond, NC, where Jessica has escaped to start a happily independent life, separate from her smart, sexy, but driven husband. Evan has been wildly successful in every endeavor, except keeping the heart of the one woman he loves more than anything. If he’s going to repair this mess, he’s going to need all the help he can get - even if it's from the crankiest handyman in B&B history.

Revisado: 01-17-24
The perfect narrator! The start was slow I wasn’t sure I could good there , than I couldn’t stop listening. A few points where I wanted to stop because I know many life’s like this are out there because it hit a vein from a past relationship. I am glad I finished .
