There's some great concepts in this book but I recommend buying the Kindle version because it is much easier to follow and the audiobook references things that aren't in the accompanying pdf

Very disappointing

My wife and I were really looking forward to this book, unfortunately each of us was very disappointed. Poorly applied science and way too much of the author's personal baggage.
