Learning to speak the language of your customers is a crucial element of doing business in any field.
Lingo presents a set of unique tactics and perspective that allows you, as the business owner, to understand your customers on a deeper level.
This book has a lot of useful techniques and strategies for changing the way you think, and ultimately honing your mind to understand people in a more productive and introspective way.
The author spoke slowly at times, so I placed the audio at 1.25 x speed for the majority of the book.
All in all, great book! I look forward to more from this author!
