I would advise listening this book. The easiest things about it to listen to are how nicely organized it is. Books like this one all too frequently have too much information and can be overpowering.

Facts and success stories abound in this book. The information on autophagy and the numerous other advantages of fasting is incredibly inspiring to me. I am the type of person who found it difficult to fast for a blood test, but thanks to the many health advantages of fasting, I can now fast for extended periods of time!
