Twists and turns, great book!

I love the Barlow Sisters. This is a fun listen with plenty of excitement and romance that keeps your interest until the end. The narrator reads each character perfectly and with emotion. I felt like I was listening to a play and watching it in my minds eye.

Great historical fiction listen

I love time travel stories and Crossing the Rubicon didn't disappoint. The story is told through the eyes of Trinity, the main character. Trinity and a group of her friends find themselves 275 years back in time. They go through some scary stuff as they travel across Canada, down California, to Mexico. They eventually make it Africa. Sarah narrates Trinity beautifully as she does all the characters. I loved the way she read the story. The author includes lots of historical facts, too.

Wonderful love story

I loved this story. The author was very expressive and I loved how the characters developed. Sarah really brought these characters to life through her narration. She read with such emotions, I was in tears by the end. lots of interesting turns and twists throughout.

This was a fun read, lots of steamy romance.

What did you love best about Next to Me?

I loved the ending. And the romance between Sam and Ali. I thought I had the ending figured out, but there were some twists that I hadn't expected and I really enjoyed that.

What did you like best about this story?

I love Sarah's voice. Between the author's descriptive language for the characters and Sarah giving voice to them, I felt I was part of the story.

Have you listened to any of Sarah Pavelec’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, I always look for anything new Sarah has on audible. Sarah's narration for Next to Me doesn't disappoint. She reads with such emotion and as always brings the characters to life for me. Loved it!

Any additional comments?

I access my audible books in the car. When I was listening to Next to Me, I couldn't wait to go driving again, so the story could continue!

Heartwarming

What did you love best about Tell Me a Secret?

The title is perfect for this book because secrets are a big part of this book! Especially in Part 2. The secrets were the best part of the book:)

Who was your favorite character and why?

Of course, Maggie! What a heart of gold she has. She is so loyal and never gave up on Jace.

Have you listened to any of Sarah Pavelec’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, I have listened to Sarah's narrations. She has such a clear and easy to listen to voice. There was a lot of dialogue in this story and Sarah is able to keep each character sounding the same throughout, as always. She brings such emotion to her performance and Tell Me a Secret does not disappoint. I always feel like I know the characters in the book by the end. Sarah read Maggie so perfectly, I felt every emotion Maggie was feeling. The ending to this book was just perfect and Sarah's performance of Maggie at the end had me in tears. Great job as always!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The end!!!

Tell Me a Secret was predictable as times, but just when you thought you had everything figured out, the author threw in a twist! I loved that!!!

inspiring, fanciful, truthful

What was one of the most memorable moments of Oliver's Tale?

The end when God gave Oliver the courage and strength to overcome the evil.

What about Sarah Pavelec’s performance did you like?

Sarah Pavelec, the narrator, has a voice that is easy to listen to and I enjoyed the unique voices she gave to each of the many characters. I was so impressed with how she could keep each voice sounding the same from the beginning of the story to the end.

If you could rename Oliver's Tale, what would you call it?

Revolution in Three Fingers Cove
