First, this book is amazing. EVERY company owner should read it. After reading it once I immediately turned around and read it again. Then I bought a copy for each member of my company. We are doing an entire work session around our customer experience because of this book. This is a GAME CHANGER. Even if you think you have a great customer experience, you probably don't. For example, EVERYONE goes through buyers remorse, even if just for a second. This book helps you understand that and how to deal with it up front so it doesn't become a problem. I'm TOTALLY sold and I've bought 4 copies of this book. So far... (I like to give them to other business owners I know)
