I read many eduction, psychology, and leadership books. This is one of the best books I have ever listened to about education and psychology, including trauma. It will even help in the leadership realm. Thank you for all the work that went into this book!

Best book about culture I’ve ever read!

I’ve listened to and read many books about building culture. Many of the books Coyle talks about, I’ve read. This is the best one the one that puts it all together! I literally clapped after it was over it was over cause it was so good! I will be rereading and relistening to this one! If you want a book to read first read Talent Code by Coyle, then this one! Good luck building!!
