loved the story and interplay between characters

I absolutely loved this book from the interactions between characters to the plot twists. there was only one spot I found I didnt really care for near the end of the book but I dont want to say to much about it because some people might enjoy twist and I dont want to ruin it for them. 100 percent worth getting this book though.

I loved this series. I really enjoyed the way the characters interact and build relationships. the way Dave cares for everyone and tries to help people without prejudice, even people that probably dont deserve it. And of course the action and humor keep the story interesting from start to finish.

one of the best syfy fantasy / men at arms stories

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this book when I got it. it's not something I would normally listen to, I'm more of a lord of the rings or wheel of time reader. but I am glad I took the chance on this one, the personality of each character and the way the story plays out is outstanding. on that note I am off the start listening to the next book.

I absolutely love this series. I'm normally a strict fantasy reader but the interactions between characters had me hooked in the first book and continue to keep me entertained book after book. never a dull moment, I highly recommend giving it a try.
