Another terrific story by Andy Weir! I could not stop listening to this book! Ray Porter nails the performance and attitude of the Protagonist perfectly. I can't recommend this book enough!

Too costly for what you get

While I really enjoyed the story (having played through RuneLords myself)! That said it's simply not worth the cost. @ $13/episode - nearly $80 for the full story. With each episode being around 70 minutes (of which 10-15m is music filler at the beginning and end) the full story (all 6 books) is maybe 6hrs long. These should be offered as a single Audiobook (single credit). Until then - I'm going to ask for credit back as it simply isn't worth it.

Meh! Far from one of the best SW novels

What did you like best about Battlefront II? What did you like least?
I really enjoyed the last Battlefront book and was looking forward to this one. But the story was slow to star and then rushed at the end. The Narrator also didn't help. She is not bad - but she struggles with male voices and does not have the same range as other readers.
Would you recommend Battlefront II to your friends? Why or why not?
Only if they were die-hard SW fans.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
Not really. There were alot of characters in the book and the narrator had trouble relating all the voices accurately. A few times she would mix the voices for characters and would leave me confused for a second.
Could you see Battlefront II being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
No. There is so much better material in the SW universe to select from.

What made the experience of listening to Star Wars: Heir to the Empire (20th Anniversary Edition) the most enjoyable?
The voice work of Marc Thompson is amazing (with the exception of his Lando - which sounds more like a Plantation Owner than Gentleman).
Who was your favorite character and why?
Han Solo without a doubt. I've always been fond of the rouge.
Have you listened to any of Marc Thompson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Many and as always Marc delivers the goods..
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It was and I did!
