I felt the author spoke to a broad audience. The personal stories were short and to the point. Liked being able to move through daily affirmations in short segments. This book is excellent reading for all with strong emphasis on 20-50 year olds.

I enjoyed this audio book. One minus was I felt there were too many plugs for his pod casts and this took away from the stories and added unneeded length to the book. The last 45 minutes could be shortened for a recap of pivotal takenaways

Enjoyed this book. It was a bit slow to get into the content. Maybe shorten the detailed info about the Harvard study - but once into the content very engaging and enlightening. Also if one purchased the Audio book version - is one able to get the book graphs and tools discussed?
