Historia
Our evolutionary ancestors once possessed the ability to intuit what food their bodies needed, in what proportions, and ate the right things in the proper amounts—effortlessly balanced. When and why did we lose this ability, and how can we get it back? David Raubenheimer and Stephen Simpson answer these questions in a compelling narrative, based upon five "eureka" moments they experienced in the course of their groundbreaking research.

Historia
He's been called the best in the world at the mental game of tennis. Brad Gilbert's strokes may not be pretty, but looks aren't everything. He has beaten the tour's biggest names - all by playing his "ugly" game. Now, in Winning Ugly, Gilbert teaches recreational players how to win more often without necessarily even changing their strokes. The key to success, he says, is to become a better thinking player - to recognize, analyze, and capitalize. That means out-thinking opponents before, during, and after a match - forcing him or her to play your game.

This focuses mostly on the mental aspects of the game which weekend hackers completely ignore. Highly recommended!

Very valuable information as I continue my journey
Revisado: 11-15-19
Loved every minute. I have a healthspan goal of being able to teach my grandkids tennis and golf which will put me at 80yrs of age playing high level tennis. The journey has been rewarding already beating players half my age in tournaments. Started my health journey about four months ago and this book gives me a deeper understanding of how we should genetically live.
