Historia
Kid Curry has been portrayed as a cold-blooded killer, without any compassion or conscience, and possessed of limited intelligence. Curry indeed was a dangerous man with a violent temperament, which was aggravated by alcoholic drink. Mark Smokov has researched extensively in areas significant to Curry's story and corrects the many false statements that have been written about him in the past. Curry was a cunning outlaw who planned and executed robberies.

Enjoyable listen. Slow on the start as you get through the genealogical facts
The story was well researched and was insightful into the life and times of the Hole in the Wall Gang

Historia
In 2011, a 26-year-old libertarian programmer named Ross Ulbricht launched the ultimate free market: the Silk Road, a clandestine website hosted on the Dark Web where anyone could trade anything - drugs, hacking software, forged passports, counterfeit cash, poisons - free of the government's watchful eye. It wasn't long before the media got wind of the new website where anyone - not just teenagers and weed dealers but terrorists and black hat hackers - could buy and sell contraband detection-free.

Extremely captivating informative and gripping tale

I was completely swept up in this story. Story has all the markings of a best selling thriller but in reality it is stranger than fiction. The attention to detail is amazing and the listener is invested in the characters and their choices and decisions. I came upon this book by chance but would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking for the next good read. I not only super enjoyed it I learned a lot. I will definitely be looking for more by this author. Additionally the narration was terrific.

Enjoyable listen with a definite twist you don't see coming.
Revisado: 03-01-17
I really enjoyed this book. It caught and held my attention. I Ostend to it in its entirety in two days. I was fascinated by the stories and eagerly awaiting the twist. I was sure I had it figured out and I did but not the twist. The ending stunned me. Still don't know what I think about it. Definitely worth a listen

Revisado: 02-02-17
This is the second book in the series I have listened to. I found it to be a good story with lots of action and adventure. Great characters that really come to life through both the story and the narration. I would recommend both this book and the original Yeagers law.

Historia
In this brave and shocking memoir, the author masterfully guides us through the pivotal points of her life, from an abusive upbringing that destroys her self-confidence, to the wreckage of an ill-conceived marriage, and on to a defining moment, full of grace and mercy, which gave her the wings to become the conquering and triumphant phoenix she is today.

So much more than an abuse survivor memoir. Highly recommend.
Revisado: 12-04-16
Right from the beginning I could not put this down. It is a memoir of an abuse survivor, but it is so much more. It is a gripping and heartbreaking story you can't help but keep listening It consumed my life for the two days in which I listened to it. The authors conversational style in telling her story without judgement is riveting
It reminds me of an old saying. People don t judge you by the things that happen to you but by the way you deal with those things. This is certainly true of Kathryn Brettell. This story will stay with me for a long time. This is not the type of book I would normally choose but I am so glad I did. Well worth recommending

The story in complex with a number of locations and sub plots that weave into the main story. It was easy to be drawn into the story and held interesting twists and turns to hold your interest.
