The stories are very interesting. However, They have sexual content and profanity.
I would definitely read this again.

Historia
Something drastic has happened in Morganville while Claire and her friends were away. The town looks cleaner and happier than they've ever seen it before, but when their incoming group is arrested and separated - vampires from humans - they realize that the changes definitely aren't for the better. It seems that an organization called the Daylight Foundation has offered the population of Morganville something they've never had: Hope of a vampire-free future.

Great series of books
Revisado: 03-23-24
I found this series very difficult to put down. In this book, Claire has returned to Morgansville to find the Daylighters “freeing” the town. He kills many while doing it. Claire has to find a way to save them from hood “cure”.
The book has a few bad words and some intimacy between the young heroes. If I remember right, it wasn’t as bad in this book as the others.

Historia
Thanks to its unique combination of human and vampire residents, Morganville, Texas, is a small college town with big-time problems. When student Claire Danvers gets the chance to experience life on the outside, she takes it. But Morganville isn't the only town with vampire trouble. Claire never thought she'd leave Morganville, but when she gets accepted into the graduate program at MIT, she can't pass up the opportunity. Saying good-bye to her friends is bittersweet, especially since things are still raw and unsettled between Claire and her boyfriend, Shane.

Edge of my seat
Revisado: 03-21-24
I couldn’t put this down until I finished. I really like this series. The only problem (and it’s a significant one) is the loose sexual practices by the unmarried teens in this series. Well, actually the language is a little problematic, but there’s not a lot of it.
In this book, Claire gets to go to MIT. She’s so excited! However, she finds herself working with one of Mernin’s former assistants. Then things turn bad.

DNF. The author, that is
Revisado: 03-16-24
I do enjoy this series. This is the second time I’ve read this book from the beginning to the end. The story is not complete. It ends in the middle of Battle. The author DNF (did not finish) the book.
Regardless it’s well written. I like how Claire seems to always save everyone.
These young teens need to stop the profanity and sexual activity. I wouldn’t recommend this book to any young teens. This is not an example for them to follow.

Good story but
Revisado: 03-11-24
This is my second time listening to this series. I really like the suspense and the heroic actions of Claire Danvers. I just can’t recommend this series to anyone I care for because of its moral failings. To guys living with two girls lead to them inevitably hooking up. Not the behavior I want to see in the hero of the story.
In this story, Claire saves the town by restoring the borders. However a problem arises. People start losing their memories. She’s the only one who can save Morgansville.

This is my second time to read this book. It’s a good suspenseful story about the vampire town of Morgansville. Clair had to save them again
The low rating is because of the language and sexual content

Good story
Revisado: 03-01-24
I really enjoyed the balance of conflict and resolution. It was intense; I was in the edge of my seat. Claire and the vampires had to figure out how to overcome Amelie’s father so he would destroy their town.
Unfortunately, there are some bad words and sex in the book. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone under 16

Historia
In the college town of Morganville, vampires and humans have learned to live in relative peace. Still, students like Claire Danvers know that after dark, studying can take a backseat to staying alive. But the tenuous good-neighbor policy is really turned on its head with the arrival of Mr. Bishop. Bad to the bone, the ancient old-school vampire cares nothing about harmony.

Well written, but
Revisado: 02-28-24
I really like these books, but I wish they didn’t have so much sexual content. I would recommend this to any teen except for that.
Claire has found herself in an important position among humans in the vampire town Morgansville. In this book, the town is faced with a visit from a powerful and ruthless vampire from outside of town. They have to find a way to preserve they town from his tyranny.
There are some bad words too.

Fascinating story
Revisado: 02-27-24
I really like that Claire is learning Alchemy. She’s learning some really cool stuff from Mernon.
The battle between human and vampire in this town is getting intense.
One thing I don’t like about these stories is the sexual activity between the main characters. They aren’t even trying to remain pure. They are only making out in this book, but the loose passion is unhealthy for them and their readers.
