Historia
Megan Devine offers a profound new approach to both the experience of grief and the way we help others who have endured tragedy. Having experienced grief from both sides - as both a therapist and as a woman who witnessed the accidental drowning of her beloved partner - Megan writes with deep insight about the unspoken truths of loss, love, and healing.

Just what I needed
Revisado: 09-10-19
I highly recommend this to anyone going through grief and loss. It helped me realize it’s ok that I still have bad days, and still hate how people stare these long and obnoxious looks. How strangers want to know the details as if they are deserving of such a deep and personal story. How family feels the need to give their stupid input on how I’m doing....that I’m ok.
It helped me feel heard in my pain and that I’m ok in this place. I’m doing the best I can. And this is my journey and my story and my healing. No god talk, no “look for all the good around you” no butterfly’s and look for “hope” talk,...just REAL talk. REAL advice. REAL understanding.
Very happy I came across this.
Cheers
