Worth a fast listen

Always helpful to get some food for thought for parenting. Obviously parenting is a commitment and requires time and effort - I wonder if not having the capacity (eg as a single mother or working long hours) would make some parents feel more guilty they aren’t delivering for their kids. This would work for families with a full time parent with at least average material means I think. Some good tips in Chapter 19
