Historia
After being kicked out of college due to false claims of plagiarism, Jason's life has taken a turn for the worse. Swamped with student loans and unable to pay rent, he is literally at his wit's end when he meets Guy Winters. Everything about Guy is fascinating: his lifestyle, his appearance, his generosity. So when Jason faces potential homelessness, he agrees to move in, but it isn't long before he realizes that Guy seems different.

Great paranormal adventure
Revisado: 02-24-16
I was given a free audiobook copy by the author. It was quite a good paced adventure story. Guy is Kaldr, an ancient race of ice people who can 'glamour' humans into doing what he wants. Jason meets Guy when life has been hard and he is about to be homeless. Before they could really connect Jason's bad luck hits again and they get caught up in someone killing people and leaving them frozen, you get the gist.
I liked the story it kept me interested and the twists and turns worked well. The only thing was the narrator had a mellow tone which I felt didn't always suit 'escape' scenes, but overall it was great.

Historia
It's finals week during Tony McNeil's second year in law school, and he's struggling to keep up. Frankly, he'd rather be cooking. Then he meets first-year student Eddie Cohen-Fernandez, who's heartsick over missing his family's annual Festivus celebration. Tony can use his culinary skills to lift Eddie's spirits, but finding long-term happiness? That just might require a Festivus miracle.

A lovely Festivus Story
Revisado: 10-31-15
This is an honest review in exchange for a copy of the Audiobook from the Author.
I have just finished the audiobook and I'm sitting with a huge smile on my face. The audiobook lasts one hour and is a perfect pick me up heading to the rush of Christmas. Tony is the son of wealthy successful lawyers but comes across as lonely. He is studying law because his parents expect it but his real love is cooking. He meets Ed by accident in study hall and they become friends during finals, slowly growing closer.nBecause Ed can't get home for 'Festivus' Tony decides to drive him there. Tony's own parents are away. The welcome Tony receives from Ed' family is heart warming and brings the Christmas message to life.
The narrator, Joel Leslie, does a wonderful job of bringing the characters of Tony and Ed to life.
This is a sweet and lovely story that is worth listening to and giving as a gift.

Best Chance - wonderful story
Revisado: 09-28-15
What did you love best about Best Chance?
This audiobook was given to me by the Author in exchange for an honest review.
Best chance is about second chances and grabbing the opportunities live gives you. It is a sweet romance that allows the main characters, Chance and Vinnie, time to get to know each other now they are older, but not necessarily wiser.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Whilst both main characters were lovable I liked Melanie because of the support she gave Chance and encouraging him to move on with his life.
Have you listened to any of Michael Ferraiuolo’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This is the first audiobook I listened to by him. His narration and characterisation suited this story very well.
If you could rename Best Chance, what would you call it?
The name suits the story very well
Any additional comments?
A wonderful book to listen to to brighten up a dull afternoon.
