Historia
Before Chipper Jones became an eight-time All-Star who amassed Hall of Fame-worthy statistics during a 19-year career with the Atlanta Braves, he was just a country kid from small-town Pierson, Florida. A kid who grew up playing baseball in the backyard with his dad, dreaming that one day he'd be a major league ballplayer. With his trademark candor and astonishing recall, Chipper Jones tells the story of his rise to the MLB ranks and what it took to stay with one organization his entire career in an era of booming free agency.

Great Story
Revisado: 11-26-22
Glad Chipper read it himself. Not a Braves fan but always liked Chipper. Met him at the PA Sportsman show and he was down to earth and really a cool guy.

Returned
Revisado: 02-16-20
I could not stand listening anymore. Her voice and tone, as well as the repeated 5 second and do anything caused me to stop listening. It was not enjoyable but annoying. I should have gave this review a long time ago to save others from the loss of time you will never get back.

Really Wanted To Like it

Beware: You may not understand anything this guy talks about. I had this book for over a month and cannot seem to finish it, it is painful. I am not finding anything worthwhile in what is said. Maybe it is just me?

Not For Me
Revisado: 03-19-17
I wanted to explore ways to get new customers for my service business and read the great reviews for this audiobook. Unless you are a telemarketer or trying to sell a product to someone blind, this book will probably not be for you either. I wish I could have got a better idea of the book from the title or reviews.
