At first I thought the narrator was going to make it a bit difficult to get anything out of this book but I was wrong. I love listening to books but I found myself very emotional at parts of this book only because it finally felt like someone understood how I was feeling. I found the quadrants to be very helpful and it's something I will be using in the future.

I have enjoyed this so far as the "Inhale my friend exhale my friend" has been engraved in my brain now and that is totally ok. The narrators voice is soothing to me.
