I confess I enjoy litrpg. I always liked role playing games, and reading books based around them is something that I enjoy. There are two books in the series so far and this is first production of this series. this is a great production of a kick-ass book I was not disappointed in any way shape or form. You won't be disappointed either.

if you like MHI or john ringo stories. you will love this addition. Set before Owen zastava pitt joined MHI. this story follows Marine turned Monster hunter chad gardainia. enjoy.

Where does The Broken Cage rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Right at the top

What did you like best about this story?

Still falling and the broken cage would probably be better as one book. It would be a big book but the stories enter twine so much that you have to jump back and forth between them to keep up

What about Andrew Tell’s performance did you like?

His voice acting ability

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Someone is murdering ships, sending them to the waiting jaws of a fully automated planetary defense system that is shooting first and asking questions never. Someone sent the Deep Space Survey Ship Venture to die, and die she did. While the venture may have perished in nuclear fire and particle blasts, those blasts missed a few. Those few survivors are highly trained, extremely motivated, and supremely pissed off. Someone is going to answer for the venture, and they are going to answer for it very soon.

Keep writing man, Foreshadowing says that shits about to get real. Waiting on the next can of whoop ass to be cracked.

If you could sum up Black Tide Rising in three words, what would they be?

Damn thats harsh

Who was your favorite character and why?

Faith Marie Smith. Because, she is trying so hard to do the right thing. Yet she is a reincarnated war goddess who does one thing outfuckingstading and thats kill afflicted.

Have you listened to any of Tristan Morris and Tanya Eby ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have listened to the entire Black Tide Series - they are all done supremely well. I do not know if i have listened to Tanya Eby before but she did well.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Extreme no, Laugh yes, the conversation on the wall was straight out of you got to be fuc**ing kidding me.

John Ringo usually does four books and moves on, here is hoping that he will keep this series going a little longer.

When dresden found out that the parasite was actually a Spirit of intellect created by him and Lash. Mab called it a parasite - some do.

owen z pitt just wants to be normal. he is so used to playing the aww shucks card that it gets in his way. the creatures that inspired hp lovecraft are very real. and they have been waiting eons to find someone like pitt he has the skills the training and the sheer bloody mindedness to fullfil their prophecy and open the portal. all he wants to do is be normal. but who's definition of normal should he use?
