Hi! I’m Seth! I was asked to describe my audiobook, Yearbook for websites and shit like that, so...here it goes!!! Yearbook is a collection of true stories that I desperately hope are just funny at worst, and life-changingly amazing at best. (I understand that it’s likely the former, which is a fancy “book” way of saying “the first one.”) I talk about my grandparents, doing stand-up comedy as a teenager, bar mitzvahs, and Jewish summer camp, and tell way more stories about doing drugs than my mother would like.

Good until it turned political

I WAS a fan of Seth Rogan until I listened to this. is he kind of funny? yes. I chuckled multiple times while listening. Do I appreciate the copious amounts of narcotic stories?...not really. Do I care about all the celebrities he's rubbed elbows with? No. What I really dislike is the hypocritical nature of his book. In one part he applauded President Obama for his defense of the first amend to the U.S. Constitution; freedom of speech and expression. So do I. His audio clip of Obama talking about his movie is honestly one of the greatest things I have ever heard a President say. Then he goes on to shame Twitter for their lack of sensorship of those with political views points that oppose Seth's. He also trashes the second amendment shortly after talking about these "Crazy gun laws" we have in the United States...ugh. Ironically a large section of his book is about a movie he made about one of the worst dictators in history and his fantasised, violent demise. A dictator who hates the idea of firearms in the hands of the people and has continued a complete ban on them from civilian use in that country. One might pose the question, why? He also trashes President Trump for trying to establish peace and good relations with this same dictator, and caring about his well-being.
Seth promotes peace, but has dumped who knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars (Millions?) in his life into drugs which come from violent murderous cartels and drug dealers. He even talks about how some dealers threatened his life and tried to rob him. He also needs to read a history book about what happened in the Holocaust and get his facts straight. I could go on but won't. He is your typical Hollywood idiot, profiting off violent movies, while promoting peace and firearm hating. Seth, you are a moron. Stick to comedy and keep your hypocritical political views to yourself.

On the whole I thought this book was excellent. my only complaint is the author spends and excessive amount of time fussing with over obscure 80s trivia and going over every detail of the numbers on the top ten score board...multiple times. no one give s a crap about the IOI scores. but thank you for an entertaining book.
