great setup

book one was good bit left a lot left unanswered. this book filled a lot of those gaps and raised more while still being entertaining. bought the whole series and gonna finish it over the next few weeks.

you have to wait there is a lot of set up to things that will come. if you use to fantasy books that make you think then this is for you. just remember things seem out of olace but based on the story telling they will get resolved.

It is the first in the series called Gate Jumpers. The book is a mesh of things I like. It is set slightly in the future and is about a group of special forces guys that are trying to stop enemies from another dimension. It has Elves, Orcs, Demons, and even annoying Gnomes.

the book was great. it seems slow and reads like world of warcraft battle log at points. after about 1/2 way through and the ground work is layed it kicks up and you are in for a treat. went abead and bought the next 2 books before i even finished this one. it is just that good. I found myswlf getting lost in the story more then once. do yourself a favor and get this book.
