I don't recommend it, Zig has way better audiobooks and speeches that this interview.

Don't get me wrong, Zig is great. But it is, in my opinion, one of the worst audio's I have bought of him. Try another one.

This audiobook is in spanish, that's why I wrote my review in spanish. If for any reason you understand spoken spanish, but not written, in a nutshell what I recommend is looking for another book from Miguel Ángel Cornejo or other leadership autor. This audiobook doesn't actually talks about leadership.
