Main characters get in there own way. The romance is unrealistic for the time line and it’s giving delusional. I read it …..I finished the book at least. A couple of parts made me cringe and a good chunk is giving HR issues. Like why would he be in the bathroom with her. Anyway read it if you enjoy a basic story line and pandering.

I love the Mercy Thompson world. I have allllllll the books and was excited to listen to this one in a new way, It fell flat like very flat. I listened all the way through, but I won't be getting the second. I will stick with the original voice actors.

The the narrator’s were the best part

The story line was so far from reality that it had me laughing. I’m not one to knock “romances” but the attachment after 5 minutes of knowing each other was wild. And how does someone go from cheating to so obsessed they are willing to drag you out of a club. When you were home for days and they could have gotten you there.
The book was just ridiculous. I felt like something’s were forced instead of happening organically.

Roller coaster ride

This book is a whole roller coaster ride. You will be ready to have a one on one with a doctor at the end of this emotional turmoil. You don’t know which way to go, you want to knock some sense into the mfc but then remember how innocents can be taken advantage of.

The twists and turns. You grow from hating to loving characters. Some twists you can see some you can not. Great read.

Great read

This was my first journey into this type of book and I was happily entertained. I think I may have found a new genre.
The book was entertaining and made you feel like you were right there with the main character, He is very relatable and while I cant speak on the logic I can say I am up for the ride to see exactly where this is going!

Can't Waite

I really enjoyed this book. It gave everything love, betrayal, action, post apocalyptic happenstance. the only problem that I found was the ending wrapped things up to fast...I guess that's a me problem. Cant wait for the next book to drop.

Beautiful

The story from start to finish is simply beautiful. The way Ove grows into everything his wife saw was wonderfully written. Highly recommend this book.

Getting better

So book one sucked in my opinion. There were plot holes and back story that just was missing. This book was way better. It filled in some of the missing info and made you actually want to read the next.
