I have already recommended this to friends, colleagues and others. It presents a clear and concise, no BS, guide to holistic approach to weight lifting.
What other book might you compare Bigger Leaner Stronger to and why?
I have not come across another similar book that I would be inclined to buy.
What does Jeff Justus bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The narration was great. I listened to the audiobook during workouts and would not have had a chance to read it.

Simple, no BS, complete weight lifting, health and nutrition guide.

There are audiobooks available for many languages. I've also purchased the Spanish one.
