Historia
Regression Through the Mirrors of Time is a past-life exercise in which Dr. Brian L. Weiss leads you first to childhood memories in this lifetime, then guides you to visualize yourself in many mirrors of light, in different (often ancient) times and places. This will enable you to discover the blocks and obstacles that impede your present-day peace and joy.

It works
Revisado: 02-10-23
Not only do I find this audio relaxing and rejuvenating but it once worked. For a long time I would listen to this and just fall asleep never getting to a regression point. Then one night when using it just for sleep purposes I found myself in the midst of the regression. I panicked at that point, I felt trapped at first and then calmed down because I knew how this audio would progress. It was one of the most miraculous experiences to see a former life. I was able to pick out dates and clothing items that helped me pinpoint historical information that was accurate. Information I had not known before. If anything this has given me a better sense of what I already felt was there about our spirits and our purpose in life. It made me less fearful of death. I experienced my passing in that instance and although I was sick at that time it was peaceful and pain free. My mind is not one that is easily regressed so I hope that others are able to get there quicker than I did.

Historia
A library apprentice, a sorcerer prince, and an unbreakable magic bond.... The Solaris Empire is one conquest away from uniting the continent, and the rare elemental magic sleeping in 17-year-old library apprentice Vhalla Yarl could shift the tides of war. Vhalla has always been taught to fear the Tower of Sorcerers, a mysterious magic society, and has been happy in her quiet world of books. But after she unknowingly saves the life of one of the most powerful sorcerers of them all - the Crown Prince Aldrik - she finds herself enticed into his world.

Last two books were frustrating to listen to at times

Like others the narrator change was troubling. Made worse that there were pronunciation of names changed. Also I did but like the way words ending in “ing” seemed to sound like “in”. Like “runnin’” instead of “running” and that those words tapered off into an almost slur. Maybe these were intentional but didn’t make sense with the first three narrations.
