Historia
Lou and her family don’t have much, but for Lou it's enough. Mom. Her sister, Casey. Their apartment in the city. Her best friend, Beth. It would be better if Dad could stop drinking and be there for her and Casey, and if they didn't have to worry about money all the time. But Lou doesn’t need better—she only needs enough. What’s enough for Lou, however, is not enough for Mom. Steve, Mom's boyfriend, isn’t a bad guy, he's just…not what Lou is used to. And now, he and Mom are getting married, and that means moving.

She and Mum are now living with Mum’s boyfriend Bill, his daughter Sunday, the twins, Lili and Lee, the twins' parents…along with a dog, two cats, a bearded dragon, a turtle, and chickens. All in one brownstone! With so many people squished together, Bo isn’t so sure there is room for her.

Bo's new beginning.
Revisado: 01-09-22
Here is a story about a single mother that married a man in a strange family. But will her daughter Bo fit in? Bo, is use to being the only child. But now she has three step siblings. Well, really one. Bo has to leave behind her quaint one bedroom home and start a new beginning. She leaves physical school to enroll in an independent school. Her mom has to cancel a very important trip and it makes No question a lot about this new beginning. Bo tries to keep her mother's feelings in the forefront of her own happiness. But the biggest project is Bo getting use to a sister that tries to hard, a sister that loves animals, and a sister that's a fashion guru. But they seem to have a few things in common. Music, age, and making their parents proud But how will music, communication, and life situation make this family work? What are the girls planning? Will these four personalities clash or can they get it together? I'm trying not to tell this story. It does seem a bit slow pace in the beginning, but while continuing this read...you need this pace so you won't become confused with everything that's going on. My favorite character is actually Bo and Lil. I enjoyed Dougie also, but he kinda fades away with the move. My least favorite character was Sunday. I actually wished Lil was Papa Bill's daughter 😅. I definitely need to have more of these characters. Especially Bo and Lil. I really hope this becomes a series.

This book was very relatable, and being a true Bostonian made me ecstatic to see where this book took place. Zoe, did a great job getting her father out of prison.

In my opinion, the narrator of this story made it uninteresting. I listened to the story because the point seem cute, and it was. Also, my story kept breaking up and repeating itself. That was annoying especially with a short story. I would recommend this to any teacher, but not as an audiobook.
