Sub-par story, superb performance.

The story reads like it was written with three or four different main storylines in mind that all could've been their own book, but were all given sub-plot status. None of these stories were fully fleshed out, and none of them really got resolved in a satisfying way (it seems like the author was hoping for a sequel, which I wouldn't hold your breath for). That said, it's interesting to see a fiction story about phreaking. It seems like that's what drew most people in and kept them around. Good concept, good VAs, sub-par writing.

Claudia Grey writing Leia is always a treat!

This book holds up to my expectations for a Grey novel, and I was wrong to put it off for so long! I'd treat it as a complimentary book to Bloodline, another novel by the same author. Phenomenal VA as well- very distinct voices.

In my top three SW audiobooks

I'm on an adventure to listen to every Canon SW audiobook. This is somewhere around my twentieth, and it's AMAZING. Phenomenal acting by the full cast, phenomenal story, intriguing characters, beautiful concept- I loved every minute, listened to it all in one sitting. Highly recommend.

Only really good for Seinfeld lovers.

It's all his material he saved from the past several decades, including pretty much everything from his specials and from Seinfeld (the onstage bits). I love Jerry Seinfeld, so it was a treat for me, but there wasn't nearly enough non-material (stuff like him talking about his life between the bits) to make it feasibly enjoyable for anyone else imo.

My eleventh and favorite Star Wars audiobook!

This book blows the rest out of the water for me, dethroning Master & Apprentice from the top spot in my eyes. Highly recommend giving this a listen. It's worth noting that this was also my favorite narrator so far, barely judging out the deity that is Marc Thompson. By far the most distinct voices I've heard yet from a voice actor, and a soothing narration voice to top it off~

Very rough start, very much worth the wait.

The beginning is hard to follow- there's several different perspectives, and it's not clear who's important and who isn't. Too many names and ships to follow. My advice would be to pick up a notepad and scribble protagonists' names down. That worked for me, but I figured it out after the worst was over.

This book was setting up to be my new favorite at first, but the younger narrator began grating on me (his voices are rarely distinct) and the story really fell off at the end.

Loved Rebels, loved this more!

Wasn't expecting a true adult novel, but wasn't disappointed! Very gruesome, but not unnecessarily. This sits behind Master & Apprentice in terms of my favorite SW books now, at a firm second place.
