Excellent resource for Agile Analytics projects!

Phil Simon masterfully captures the spirit of Agile and how it applies to Business Intelligence and Analytics projects. He points out that business participation and data ownership are an integral part of Analytics project's success as well as gives practical examples that drive home his points. Not only that, but he also delivers the notion that analytics does not stop and that the culture of asking questions and using analytics to drive decision making is the only hope for analytics in a particular company. Highly recommended to leaders and members of projects and companies that aim to make a change via analytics.
