Book is fun narrator is overly dramatic

My family enjoyed this book. We plan to finish the series by reading it instead of listening to it. The narrator was overly dramatic and made most of the females emotional and flighty.

I could not stop laughing and smiling

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

I loved the back stories of the actors and how they created these iconic characters. I liked hearing all the voices of the actors remembering and then Cary filling in any holes in the narrative.

Which scene was your favorite?

I did not know much about Andre the Giant, so hearing more about him created another layer to him. He became more whole in my mind and not just 2- D. Also, Billy Crystal, always funny.

Any additional comments?

I grew up with this movie, saw it in the theater when it was released. It is one of my favorites. To be able to relive some of the joys I had and to laugh and cry and wince and smile along with the cast and crew was a real treat.

If you could sum up Igraine the Brave in three words, what would they be?

Kind, Adventurous and Fun.

I have read this book aloud 4 times to my oldest (age 8) and once to my youngest (age 5). I lost my voice to a cold and they begged to hear it again, thank you audible for providing a way for my kids to enjoy this book. They were once again captivated. We are now busy creating costumes to perform the story in our living room.I also appreciated that nothing was too scary for my sensitive boys.
