Contradicting??
Revisado: 05-18-21
How can you promote intuitive eating and not dieting but at the same time say how fat people are and they need to eat more vegetables. I was reading this book in hopes it would help my relationship with food as I have an eating disorder and this did not help AT ALL. In fact, I went out and bought a ton of vegetables instead of eating intuitively

Triggered!!
Revisado: 05-08-21
I hardly ever get triggered but going through a break up with a severely narcissistic sociopath and me being co-dependent, I felt this book SO MUCH!! Had tears coming down quite a few times and it has helped me realize that none of this was my fault and I need to let go. Thank you for this book! Seriously!!!

Religious much?
Revisado: 04-30-21
I wish there would’ve been a warning that this book would speak about god and religion practically the entire book! Would’ve saved me money.
