What did you like best about Forever Black? What did you like least?

Ellery has an interesting problem, She otherwise was predictable and stubborn. I was hoping for some sort of twist that never came. It was kinda depressing.

Would you recommend Forever Black to your friends? Why or why not?

No it was predictable and depressing

What aspect of Felicity Munroe and David Benjamin Bliss ’s performance would you have changed?

The narrators were good.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

No

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

There were some great points in the book, but Kiera's inability to make a decision between the two men was annoying. Half of the story was why she loved Kellen and or Denny and why she couldn't break their hearts. It kept repeating this over and over and OVER! The male and female characters were interesting, sexy, and well developed. The story line was good, the sex was hot, but it shouldn't have taken 20 hours to get to the end of the story.

What could S. C. Stephens have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

If it wasn't so repetitive. I didn't buy the second book due to the repetitiveness in the first book.

What does Rebekkah Ross bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She was smooth and seemed effortless in her narration between male and female characters. It isn't Rebekkah's fault, but there was some horrible background noise that was distracting to the narration.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

Definitely. Movies can edit content and be able to make a point without having to repeat it over and over again.

Would you try another book from Susan Mallery and/or Tanya Eby?

The story was good, but the narrator has moments of robotic accent. Her accent was somewhat Midwestern at times and clipped and short like you were listening to a automated response from a computer. So I would listen to another one of Susan's books as long as the Tanya wasn't the narrator.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Three Little Words?

I liked that Ford and Isabel had such a history. They had their sweet moments. I also enjoyed the secondary romance between Kent and Consuelo.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tanya Eby?

Grace Grant, Jill Redfield

Was Three Little Words worth the listening time?

It was hard to adjust to the narration, but the story was compelling enough to ignore it.

Would you try another book from Delle Jacobs and/or Sarah Coomes?

I like Sarah Coomes as a narrator. The story was lacking. The main character just needed to tell her beau the truth. It seemed like the same thing kept happening over and over. The book didn't start going anywhere til the last 20 minutes.

Would you ever listen to anything by Delle Jacobs again?

No

What didn’t you like about Sarah Coomes’s performance?

I like her as a narrator.

Did Loki's Daughters inspire you to do anything?

No

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The story lagged in the middle, and it was annoying that all the story focused on was that she was a virgin and her lack of self confidence. I wasn't able to sympathize with her at any level. By the time you're 3/4 way through you would think that Julia would've gained some confidence. . I think the author could have skipped the middle of the book and skipped to the end and continued with the second book and made it into one book. I also wished the "villain" was given more time in the book and gotten more background on him. I did enjoy the Italian in the book and the emphasis on Dante and Beatrice. Im not going to waste my credit/ money on the second book.

What do you think your next listen will be?

Not the second "Gabriel" book…

Did John Morgan do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

The narrator did a great job. He spoke Italian well.

Did Gabriel's Inferno inspire you to do anything?

No

Would you consider the audio edition of Driving Mr. Dead to be better than the print version?

I haven't read the book only listened

What did you like best about this story?

I liked meeting and learning about characters that were mentioned in the Jane Jameson series. The narrator is fantastic reading Harpers stories. I also love that some of the previous main characters from other books show up in the story. I love Molly Harper books because the make laugh out loud.

What about Amanda Ronconi’s performance did you like?

She gets sarcasm and reads it well in the story.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Molly Harper books make me laugh out loud.

What did you love best about Nice Girls Don't Date Dead Men?

The sarcasm, I could relate to the character. It also had me laughing. My husband was cussing me because I woke up early one morning, couldn't go back to sleep and started listening. I woke him up laughing. He was unimpressed, needless to say.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Dick!! I loved his idiosyncrasies. I loved Jane as well. Dick added depth and humor that just made the story.

What does Amanda Ronconi bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I can imagine her as Jane. She pulls the sarcasm off flawlessly.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I haven't had a book that had me laughing so hard ever!!

If you could sum up Never Seduce a Scot in three words, what would they be?

Romantic, refreshing, different

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that the main female character had an adversity to overcome and not just the same ol' my family hates yours. I've listened to the book twice and enjoyed it both times.

What about Kirsten Potter’s performance did you like?

Narrator was good.

Any additional comments?

Where's book number 2?

I'm in the second part and bored. Sometimes can be hard to follow. I've lost my interest.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

I think this book is a bit too abstract for me.

What aspect of Tim Gerard Reynolds’s performance would you have changed?

The narrator was good. I think it's a hard book to read.

Could you see The Legend of Broken being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
