I believe I've listened to nearly every one of Jim and Stew's podcasts (as of today, 180...). I learn something new, insightful, and action-inspiring in every single episode! Their friendly, "let's explore some new aspects and ideas" about how to better communicate and create value for (and make sales within) your community is invaluable (and addicting)!

PLUS they are so enjoyable to listen to! They're able to create friendly, humorous, give-and-take "here's how to do it" sessions. Try 'em - you'll like 'em!

Even though I've been an employer for 30+ years, I STILL encountered a wide variety of new ideas and valuable lessons from Dr. Sabrina...

Over the years I've made every mistake an employer can make! AND I would have saved myself so much time, money, worry, guilt and stress if I'd had access to this book MANY years ago.

She repeats some concepts several times - but in a variety of ways. I found that I valued the repetition because it clarified and drove home the specific principles and actions I needed to retain and apply.

Listening provided a great initial overview while I was driving and taking care of other tasks. However, I will also purchase a copy of the physical book so that I can highlight and extract various procedures to implement within my company's hiring and employment process.

Employment headaches can turn into the worst form of torture. Do yourself a favor and use this book to learn how to avoid the "employment traps" that plague so many entrepreneurial companies!

Would you listen to Time Management Made Simple again? Why?

Yes! I've actually played it over and over - 15-20 minutes at a time while out and about, or running errands in my car.

What did you like best about this story?

Other reviewers complain about the repetitiveness. But it's exactly what I needed. LOL - even when I hear the same idea again and again, it's absolutely fine. Why? Because I'm an imperfect person who, in the "heat of battle" often forgets to apply what I know. Hearing Brian repeat something AGAIN keeps it fresh in my mind, and inspires me to actually DO what he's suggesting. Plus, each time I hear an idea he's sharing, I think up a new way or area of my life where I can use it. When I'm able to REALLY APPLY what he is telling me ON A CONSISTENT BASIS, then I'll feel like I have it mastered. Until then, the repetition is exactly what will help me master my time!

What does Brian Tracy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His quiet, "fatherly", no-nonsense, "here's how you do it" conversational approach.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No extreme reactions other than "Why didn't I listen and re-listen to this book every year over many years?" I wish I had!!!

Any additional comments?

If you're just skimming for "new ideas", there won't be a huge number of them. But if you need to keep reinforcing GREAT ideas in your life, you'll want to listen, absorb, and apply what he's sharing.
