Historia
"In this house we believe that: Black Lives Matter, Love Is Love, Gay Rights Are Civil Rights, Women’s Rights Are Human Rights, Transgender Women Are Women". You may have seen signs with some of these messages in your neighborhood. They offer us an all-or-nothing package deal - in short, a secular creed. In this provocative audiobook, Rebecca McLaughlin helps us disentangle the beliefs Christians gladly affirm from those they cannot embrace, and invites us to talk with our neighbors about the things that matter most.

Small but Mighty Book!
Revisado: 12-30-23
This book is relevant in time and culture! It tackled several hot topics and pulled together scriptures as they pertain to controversial issues. Rebecca’s approach is that of love and understanding while while not compromising Bible truths. Great read!

Historia
Relational Intelligence is your action plan for getting smart about your purpose partners. Relationships were God's idea, writes Daniels, and when we understand and apply what God has to say about them we end up avoiding unnecessary relational turmoil, advancing in all areas of our life, and accomplishing our God-given purpose. When your purpose is on the line, the cost of relational unintelligence is too great to pay. In this audiobook, you will explore and learn how to activate the relational intelligence you need for the life of purpose you want.

Historia
Swindoll disarms the counter-attack of those who do not preach grace-filled living and claim that focusing on grace would fill our churches with wild, undisciplined people with no godliness in evidence. Yes, Swindoll says, teaching and preaching grace is risky. Some may push the limits and misuse their freedom. But grace is the message of the gospel…the good news of salvation. As Christians, we sing about God's amazing grace. We understand that we are saved by grace. Let's learn to live by grace! Discover how in The Grace Awakening.

Historia
Barry C. Black is the spiritual "leader of leaders" for the US Senate, shepherding those on the front lines of the decisions that shape our culture. Now Chaplain Black shows all of us how to thrive in the midst of today's turbulence and confusion by following eight principles that Jesus gave his disciples prior to sending them into a dangerous world. These teachings are as relevant today as when Jesus first spoke them 2,000 years ago.

So relevant and helpful!
Revisado: 11-17-22
Though I recognized areas where comparison was always evident in my life, I learned (from this book) to look at the subtle ways it sits below the surface and impacts my perspective. I am thankful for how this book identifies the common causes of comparison and insecurity and how to overcome it. I applaud and thank Nona for her transparency to share her personal journey to show the realness of this issue and the fact that it IS a journey. This book is well organized with easy steps to reflect and recall key points. It was the perfect book for me to use through Audible!
